Swimming again

Every one of us has something in the back of our minds we know we should be doing. But we don't do it.

After almost 18 months, I started swimming again this week. Due to a lower back issue that's gone on for years, it's the only exercise I can do in addition to moderate hiking.

Can I just say how great it feels to be doing this again? Physically. Mentally. Spiritually. And I'm thinking, "What in the world have I been doing the past 18 months?!?"

Take a breath, ponder for 60 seconds, and it'll come to you: "I really need to begin ____ again." Making more calls. Building my pipeline. Practicing my speaking skills. Read more books. Ditch the binge watching. Go for a daily walk.

It'll come to you.
